Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

I work and live in West Plains, MO which is about 40 miles from the Arkansas border.

Do you make all of the clothing in your shop?

All of the clothing you see here is handmade by me, from start to finish except the ice dyed tees. For those, I use various “blanks” in an effort to offer ice dyed clothing to adults at an affordable price.

How do I get my order?

Locals in or near West Plains can opt to pick their order up outside the shop, located at 1014 Renfrow St at no cost. Shipping is also available on all orders and is generally based on weight. All orders of $100 or more will ship for free in the US.

When will my order be ready?

Items that are “ready to ship” Are guaranteed to ship or be ready to pickup within 1-4 business days from the day you place your order unless specified in the announcement banner at the top of the home page.

Items that are “made to order” are guaranteed to ship within 10-14 business days from the day you place your order unless specified in the announcement banner at the top of the home page.

Custom items using fabric that is not on hand and that is ordered specifically for your piece have individual timelines that will be discussed during the ordering process but generally are ready to ship within 14 business days.

Orders can sometimes be “rushed” for an additional fee, but it is best to discuss this with me directly using the chat button in the lower right hand corner.

Grow with Me Clothing: How does it work?

The simple answer is, the clothing is designed to fit a range of sizes rather than an individual size. Kids typically grow up faster than they grow out. Extendable cuffs on pants and long sleeves allow the wearer (or their adult) to roll them to fit wherever they like. In the small end of the size range, the cuffs are rolled all the way up. As the child grows, the cuffs will need to be rolled less and less until they are fully extended. Waistbands are either fold over fabric waistbands or elastic waistbands. Fold over styles will be rolled down and elastic styles are designed with enough ease to fit the range of sizes encompassed in the size. My kids prefer to wear their fold over waistbands fully extended because they enjoy high waisted bottoms. In the summer styles, there are less adjustments to be made, and the pieces will start as a longer, slouchy fit and grow to be more fitted without seeming like you just bought clothing that was too big.

We only use soft and stretchy fabric because if it isn’t comfy we wouldn’t want to wear it either.
